Best Company to work for, except within the International Department

Great company, excellent benefits and very good environment (domestic department). Company develop programs for the employees to learn and prepare to offer excellent customer service.
Cons
International department within the company is the worse to work for, extremely bad support from Human resource towards the employees, if you are very good friend, go out to drink and have fun with your boss you will succeed, if you don't, forget about it. High level management never find out about situations that occur in operations department unless affect sales. Human resource personnel pay attention to gossip and lies without investigate. Bosses and employees have love relations. No call monitor, employees used company time to navigate the internet, personal calls, plan vacations and spend 2 hours at lunch (particularly Latin America Sales department). And a lot more.
