Pay, Benefits, Growth Opportunity, Open to Change, Focused on Finacials not just sales, Creating a Great Place to work, Focus on inclusion and diveristy

Cons

Rather conservative- but trying to break that. Starting to focus more on a great place to work for the field. Work Life balance is good not great

Pros

Life/work balance, straightforward commission structure, flexibility, name recognition, customers come first, etc.

Cons

Sometimes it is very difficult to find out internal information that is pertinent to getting a project completed. Their are so many departments and people working for Grainger it is not always easy to internally navigate.
