Pros

Benefits are okay. Work life balance great.

Cons

It takes forever to get anything done. If you want career longevity don't apply. Grainger goes through a reorganization every 15 months or so. They also need to do a better job with diversity and inclusion.

Pros

You do the same work everyday so its becomes very easy with time. New positions open very often.

Cons

Ridiculous turn over with management. No job security. Terrible work life balance. Management does not value families. Every week something is taken away from employees. Everybody is forced to listen to the same pop and rock songs everyday all day. Mandatory overtime. Management is very aggressive to send help to other departments thus the team has a hard time getting their own work done on time.
