      Great company heading in the wrong direction!

      Pros

      Good product breadth and depth, good service to customers, great next day availability, changing to keep up with the market.

      Cons

      Poor communication with change causing uncertainty in the sales force. Managers not able to performance manage without worry of retaliation from direct reports. Too many managers "chose to leave the company" after performance managing.

      Great Benefits: - Company car and iPhone for outside sales reps, gas included - Good compensation, uncapped commission - Profit sharing - medical/dental coverage - 2-3 weeks vacation/yr - Training is outstanding - Company spends millions/yr on high performance selling Advancement opportunity: - Promote from within - Ability to change career paths within; moving from one department to another Management: - Listens to employees and makes adjustments accordingly - Good talent, young but qualified Good workplace environment

      Company treats you well so the expectation is that you work for it, not really a con but found myself working long hours -Sales: company cars were monitored via telematics - manager has ability to see start/stop times, how long you are with a customer, GPS coordinates - again not really a con as long as you are doing what you are suppose to - Sales - be ready to deal with pricing objections - not the cheapest guys in town and not afraid to admit it - selling overall value
