Pros

Great pay. Strong benefits. Great people to work with. You receive some of the best sales training available from both internal and external resources that are specific to the MRO world, but also concepts that help you build your future for other potential opportunities outside of sales. Great opportunities for advancement for top producing candidates if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

No movement to improve rural markets. Stuck with more accounts to make goal based on employee return on investment. Cause for burnout with trying to meet required sales plans and goals.

Pros

Many internal and external resources available to support sales acitivities. Excellent benefits including a profit sharing trust (PST) plan. Account managers also enjoy flexible schedules to help provide work life balance. Senior leadership is excellent and have great vision for how things should be. If you enjoy travel, this is a good position as there are always opportunities to travel to vendor training and the annual tradeshow in Florida.

Cons

The very same resources mentioned above can also be toxic and double your workload. Goals can be unreasonable and the company doesn't follow it's own policy for out of business accounts. Making attaining sales goal that much harder. Like squeezing water out of a rock. The flexible schedule can work against you by requiring you to work day and night. You have to leave the country to have an actual vacation.

Pros

Great benefits and decent pay. Even with a GED you can work here. Great place if you are looking for a part time job.

Cons

No real opportunity for growth. What they say at hire is a total lie. Company will never have your back, high chance of getting fire.
