Pros

MY current boss is amazing. He is compassionate, engaged, and invested in his team. He sees us as people and that kind of care provokes us to perform better.

Cons

However, my former lead was so tied up in her own world that being on her team was painful. If it had not been for my transition to the new team, I would have left long ago. Working at Grainger is definitely about the leader who stands in your corner. Hopefully we will see a bonus this year--especially with the gains we made in Qs 2,3 and 4 as well as the stocks being where they are. In 2022, we got a $1500 bonus check for Christmas. Last year, we got a blanket. Hopefully, 2024 will be a repeat of '22.
