Pros

Best company in the industry. Lots of sales opportunities and tons of internal support. I would not want to work for the competition.

Cons

with all the good things that come from working for a large company there are some bad things. Bureaucracy, slow moving, missed opportunities, competing priorities, etc. this company has them all.

Great team but micro-managing

Pros

Great team, including Branch Manager and sales staff. Everyone had a strong relationship and worked together to close deals. There is a lot of product offerings and options so it made getting new clients easy

Cons

There were concerns over the direct managers, who had little to no experience in management and felt micro-management was the best option for a senior sales team. The direct sales managers came from a "door to door" sales background, where the customers did not appreciate being hard sold to. The other manages were great to work with, but unfortunately the main manager was the one I just described.

Pros

Co workers, holidays, business relationships, wage. I was a long term employee that started in the warehouse and worked into management over 15+ years, the relationships i formed with outside sales staff, employees and vendor reps are life long!

Cons

Culture was good before they introduced SAP. SAP was a way of trimming headcount everywhere and adding it again to the top.
