Pros

OK Compensation for people out of high school, not college Good benefits Profit Sharing is a plus only if you are there for 5 years!

Cons

PTO time is a good thing if we can use it! Calendar has been blacked out for the next four months leaving no days open to current employees! What is good about having PTO time if we can't use it! Need more than two call out days a year! There is no work life balance! Mandatory overtime and no end time in the course of the day! High turnover rate! People constantly getting fired or quitting! Upper management favors certain employees and if you have a problem you are better off keeping it to yourself because they are not helpful!

Pros

Great work life balance. Competitive commission package. Great brand recognition in the market. You will receive a company car, cell phone and a competive profit sharing package

Cons

There is no cost of living adjustment based off of location. Employees in major cities find that the salary is not very competitive. TSR position not respected internally. There is a haze to be promoted within.
