Great fellow employees, excellent compensation (for certain positions), nice benefits package, profit sharing, known for superb customer service, order fulfillment, and tuition reimbursement

THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!! Opportunities for advancement are almost non-existent outside of Chicago, pay for those not in sales or management is laughable, profit sharing (your share of the pie is based on your salary, hence, the less you make, the less you have in your profit sharing), organizational focus is on sales and sales only, promotions (when they become available) are given based on who you know, if you're not part of the "in crowd" then forget it, the company is notorious for telling their employees one thing and doing another. Basically I can go on for days about the cons.
