Pros

Great training and PTO plus profit sharing if you stay long enough. Great starting point to the industrial sales area. Most co workers were friendly.

Cons

Hire experienced managers who managed a team and not a little league baseball team. The blame game is always on the account manager even if you have no control of a situation as a contract with another company. Watch out for your Onsite Service Consultants. They will throw you under the bus if they want your position.

Pros

Strong Brand with a solid value proposition. The Sales leadership team is very talented and would exceed more if the corporate office could change it ways on how it handles its process.

Cons

The corporate office is very much removed from the field. The HR leadership team lacks leadership and the ability to show up for the business. They really do not share the pains within the business. You have leaders who are currently in leadership role who have no line of sight to the business or its people in the workforce. Work life balance - Leaders expect their staff to response to emails when they on PTO or on their off days.

Pros

Lot or old timers in IT who know the business in and out. Friendly environment. Flexible schedule Great Work life balance and benefits

Cons

Present situation is chaotic at best. Clueless upper management No value for seasoned employees. NEW management too busy laying older employees at any expense and hiring expensive contractors.
