Good pay good benefits

Pros

Benefits are good, remote work is possible with some teams, lots of opportunity for advancement as they promote and hire from within whenever possible.

Cons

Inconsistencies across teams/departments on work from home policies. Also most role postings don't provide a pay scale so it's hard to understand if an internal role is worth applying for since there's no financial info.

Pros

Management at Grainger is generally approachable and supportive. They are open to feedback and work towards creating a better work environment for their teams.

Cons

At times, the workload can be quite heavy, and there is significant pressure to meet high targets and deadlines, which can affect work-life balance
