Pros

Provides Training, support, and upward movement

Cons

Product and services are at a premium, employee discounts/merchandise could be more affordable, base pay for field reps does not represent the work you put in.

Pros

Gold standard benefits Profit sharing Healthcare mostly paid for by company Great for people who want to be lifelong sales people

Cons

Cannot move up easily in roles. Less qualified individuals will get the roles over and over again even if you have been networking relentlessly. This has happened three times already in 6 years for me.
