Pros

Benefits, Opportunity to promote and Job Security. Leadership is conservative and very fiscally responsible in how capital is spent. Grainger operates on little to no debt. I've made it 10 years with very little fear of downsizing or job loss.

Cons

So big that at times you voice feels muted. Commission plans are outdated and conservative in payout compared to profit and presumed costs.
