Pros

good pay and good benefits

Cons

long hours through the night doing dirty, exhausting and monotonous work. Environment is somewhat toxic since everyone hates it there. I understand that it's just company policy, but not being allowed to look at your phone for the duration of a 10 hour shift and having to listen to the repetitive playlist over the sound system will drive anyone mad. Would not recommend to anyone

Pros

health benefits are incredible, the base responsibilities are reasonable.

Cons

The worked hours expectation does not match with salary. expect to work 50+ hours per week with no extra compensation (50 hours at the base salary for this position is less than $27 per hour). senior leadership takes little to no accountability (I.e. when called on the weekend, senior leadership rarely answers the phone then will say "sorry, i left my work provided cell phone on silent/ DND all weekend" or various other excuses.)
