      Pros

      Greatly enjoyed my time at AGI. Senior leaders are smart and motivated, culture is inclusive and high-performance, learning is encouraged and they value initiative. Very little politics or personal agendas.

      Cons

      AGI recently changed their business model and are struggling to keep up with the new model's challenges, costing them customers in the short term. With a number of quality competitors in the field, it will be a hard fight for a few years.
