Pros

There are not many pro to this job. You will get good experience and learn many great skills while working here.

Cons

The cons are that they will micro managed and constantly told you are replaceable. Moving up is very hard and they hardly promote within. They are more concerned with numbers than quality and they will change the focus of what to work on all the time. The trainers lie and say what you want to hear to get you to be employed. They don't want to develop people. They have a lot of problems and no solutions .
