Pros

Great pay and benefits! Culture has historically been outstanding. Work has been meaningful and everyone has had an opportunity to influence change. Second to none corporate HQ in Lake Forest.

Cons

Need greater alignment and vision on long-term strategy. Culture is becoming less collaborative and more siloed which is concerning. Pace of change is accelerating with evolving leadership that is largely consultants.

Pros

Benefits are alright. Better if they don't cut you down to less than 20 hours per week.

Cons

Zero upward momentum. Very odd boys-club culture. Pretty extreme favoritism from managers and hours vary from busy all week to literally 20 hours a month.
