Cons

Worked there for 6 years. Started at 24. Great worker. Learned a lot but was never allowed a shot at full time even after employee retirements. Had to work flexed and reduced schedules for most of that time. So ofcourse at times there were issues. (4-8min here and there mostly with prior notification.) Was fired after I told manager it made me “Uncomfortable” he was standing close to me after closing with no one else there but us two and I wasn’t doing anything worth observing. Next day I was called in to be terminated due to attendance, which only existed because another employee was fired, and I had to “flex my schedule” again just to help us keep up with daily task. My son is 4 and in school, and I have to work around his school time and his mom’s schedule. So if you relate, you know what I mean. So the flex wasn’t seamless. I say all this to say, if your starting at the bottom, (Part time) your probably going to be there for a while. So if you have a family schedule, it may not work out in the long run. If you can do the job, you’ll be ok for the most part, but still, you probably won’t make it up the ladder without some type of divine intervention. Starting pay is ok, but won’t survive off of it.
