Pros

Everything you read about Grainger's culture is alive and well. Development opportunities are abundant, encouraged, and well supported. Life balance is expected and respected and only the pressures you put on yourself will compromise that.

Cons

Personal work schedules at branches come out one week in advance. It would be nice to have work schedules two weeks in advance.
