Pros

I love my work-life balance. I love how leaders care about creating a space where every voice is heard and acknowledged. I love how team members embrace the concept of winning as one team and go out of their way to help each other. I love our shared purpose of keeping the world working and how we all can be proud of the role we play in realizing that purpose.

Cons

As with any large company, sometimes change can happen slower than we'd like--but it's the flip side of the coin. When you're doing things right, you need to make sure all stakeholders have awareness and alignment before you can proceed--and in a big company, there are a lot of stakeholders!

The negativity of this place makes it impossible to see any pros.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement, gaslighting management, low pay, sweatshop vibes, no appreciation of employees in this department at all, you will hate yourself for taking a job in this department.
