Pros

This is pretty good company who really seem to care about their people and try to treat them fairly. Salary is competitive and benefits are top notch at reasonable cost to the employee.

Cons

Recent operational changes have led to a number of positions being eliminated or redefined. If you make the cut, you'll probably be happy at Grainger.

Pros

Salary is decent, benefits are excellent (medical and PTO)

Cons

Stop letting Salesforce drive every aspect of life. We were hired to sell, let us sell. Stop changing strategy every 6 months, it's impossible to know what the flavor of the day will be. When they "right-sized" a few years ago, they "right-sized" too much. Too many people under one leader, and things don't get done. It's still an old boy company where who you know, and who you network with will be the key to your success

Pros

Pay is good and so are the benefits. Most of the managers I had were very good leaders. For the most part, people are treated very fairly and with only one exception in 10 years everyone I worked with were good people.

Cons

Customer support has gone through major changes in the past couple of years and it can be hard to keep up. As a customer service agent, there is a lot to know and it changes quickly. However, there are also good support teams to help out
