Pros

Lofty promises every step of the way, all the work you could ever want since you'll be expected to clean up your teammates' sloppy mistakes

Cons

No opportunity for advancement, terrible planning and staffing, dishonest management and supervisors, no accountability, out of touch superiors; if I could afford to quit I would on the spot

Pros

Some of the people were a lot of fun to work with.. average benefits, which I suppose is good to have.

Cons

Management. It seemed every manger thought they were going to be CEO one day. Used to have amazing profit sharing... of course got rid of that several years ago. it's basically like any ol' company now. What once made it a fun place to work and the rewards that came along with it are gone.
