Working for Grainger is an experience in its own way. Its a great Company to work for and has provided me with more experience to work with and a better understanding of the company upon working. Grainger has many experiences to share from Military On-Site, to branch to even working in one of the several massive DC's (Distribution Centers). If you are ever Curious on if Grainger is one to work for, they actually care about their people and make sure that they are taken care of.

I have found balance between work and family. As a mother of three, it's a challenge to travel and fill the demand of both home and work. But I'm sincerely supported on my journey and find fulfillment during my days. I have purpose, I feel heard, and I am humbled by the people I get to work alongside with.

Cons

Male to female ratio leadership could improve. Maternity leave support could improve.
