Pros

It is in deed a 100 year company. So there is legacy. Grainger is a big player and leader in its industry. A Fortune 500, with lots of potential

Cons

Over the past 4 years, there has been a lack of strategy. Growth was so fast and now it is backfiring. Now the company is trying to move its business digitally. Recent change in CEO has not been positive, the environment is tense

Pros

Profit sharing was great but the contributions are declining each year. The health care plans are good. The Grainger leadership team is the last ray of hope if we get rid of old relationship built networks

Cons

Poor leadership in IT organization, managers with complete lack of experience promoted to director role who have no competency to lead projects . Disappointed business folks. Has been over a year since leadership is trying to figure out the operating model let alone deploy. Mass exits going on...
