Pros

-Good starting hourly pay -hard to beat benefits (most are from day 1, too) -room to grow -rare values for a company this size -high retention rate (most people I've met have been with Grainger over 10 years, many over 20). -stable/responsible financially -great co-workers (some of the happiest people I've worked with) -weekends off -great PTO policy -easy to join in with top notch training -this employer's actions demonstrate its cares about employees and customers

Cons

-I work at a top performing branch that has great leadership. Only thing I can think of is not the company's fault. But I can't go by my bank unless I request time off.

Pros

Grainger provides great benefits for their employees. Profit sharing, competitive salaries, great benefits, etc. It's a fun place to work and we're giving a lot of freedom.

Cons

Too many corporate directives recently. It's becoming to become a hassle balancing what they want us to do and what we need to do to make money.
