Pros
Positive culture where people are open to ideas. Leadership cares about their teams. Ability to grow either in role, within your department, or across the organization. Great work life balance.
Cons
Sometimes people want to be so accommodating to others that decisions take a long time. 3 days in the office isn't great, would like more WFH flexibility. Most of the time we're on video calls all day anyway. Some teams have more flexibility than others.
