Too much corporate nonsense. Highly questionable moves by senior leadership has put our future in doubt. They treat tenured employees poorly, favoring external candidates over qualified internal candidates for new job postings. My current role has been redefined twice resulting in a lower pay scale each time along with diminished importance which means a smaller impact on my resumé.

Leadership changes too much! There are too many cliques in this company and if you aren't in one, you are biding your time. They all take care of each other and could care less about you. You are only a number in this company!
