Pros

Health benefits seriously that’s the only good thing to me

Cons

During my time with the company, I encountered serious concerns regarding how they handled employee well-being—especially in times of personal crisis. While the work environment appeared supportive on the surface, that support quickly disappeared once I faced real-life challenges that required extended time away from work. One of the most frustrating policies was the combination of PTO and sick time into a single bank. This meant that any time taken for illness or emergency also depleted vacation time, leaving no flexibility for employees to manage both planned time off and unexpected events. This structure is not only impractical, but it puts unnecessary pressure on employees to choose between their health and their personal lives. The most troubling experience came when I exhausted my available hours due to serious family issues. Instead of compassion or a willingness to collaborate on a solution, I was met with ultimatums, I was forced to worry about losing my job as well. The lack of empathy and rigid, punitive response was deeply disappointing and made it clear that the company prioritizes policy over people. No one should have to choose between their family and their job. While I upheld my responsibilities and communicated openly, the lack of flexibility and basic human understanding left a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope the organization rethinks how it supports employees in times of genuine need—because no amount of professionalism or performance should be met with that kind of disregard when life happens.
