Pros
* Strong culture that puts people first from the top down. Managers are understanding and reasonable and want you to succeed. * I was never asked to work outside of M-F 9-5 unless it was necessary/critical. * Strong engineering culture: a lot of smart people worth learning from. * Rotational programs are a great opportunity. * CTO & VPs have GTG moving in a good direction. * Remote work policy is very fair. Cons
* Varies by team in tech but many teams are either doing too much or too little to adopt industry best practices in my opinion. * Sometimes feels like things move slowly due to unnecessary constraints. * Only 6 company holidays.
