As with all companies, we are experiencing unprecedented times while recovering from COVID. The workforce is tired and it is challenging finding new team members for all departments. We appreciate our team beyond words and all that they have done to ensure resident safety and satisfaction while the country and workforce heals.

      Pros

      there's one super sweet, helpful, supportive Housekeeping person. love them <3 will miss for sure.

      Cons

      -- Exposed to COVID, ringworm & unvaccinated animals -- inadequately trained across the board -- inadequate first aid/general health tool supplies -- HORRIBLE communication from supervisors/management -- seriously understaffed on a regular basis -- higher ups keep residents in units they are not fit for (eg. assisted living residents who need dementia care or more serious other aide) and will not push family or move with involuntary moving for resident need & staff safety -- inadequate breaks to just get food/water/restroom breaks on shift -- sup-standard of care daily operating standards
