-Gnerous PTO package -Grants time-off requests -Generous Christmas bonus -Online Order Taking Process

Cons

-Takes away a lot of options for the residents -Forced to attend daily "meetings" -Management does not care about employees opinions -More focused on the outer appearance of the property rather than what is goin on internally
