      Pros

      Physically, a beautiful environment. For residents a large apartments and amenities - easy to sell.

      Cons

      Corporate has different expectations than the ED of the facility. The facility did not deliver what the residents are expecting so That's a tough position for any sales person. Benefits are OK. For sales, some of the corporate strategy is stale and outdated - they want you to stay "busy" even if that busy-ness dose not net census gains.
