It is a tedious and intense training program.

Great salary and stock bonuses in addition to the car and car insurance. The corporate support center is always there to help out and there is a genuine feeling of family

Cons

It can be stressful to work for such a high performing company like the Cheesecake Factory as the expectations are alway high.
