9yThank you for your feedback. At Grand Targhee Resort we value the input of our current and former employees. A majority of our employees choose to work with Grand Targhee Resort, and return multiple seasons for our "laid back vibe," that separates us from most resorts. As a resort we provide free meals to employees throughout the year, as well as offering discounts up to 50% at all the Food and Beverage outlets on-site. We also strive to keep our wages competitive within the ski industry and with resorts of similar size, by participating in wage surveys and making changes as needed.
