Outstanding recreational opportunities year round. New management has succeeded in turning things around in the past 4 years. 2013-2014 is the most successful year ever. The lean years the other reviews referred to are now over. The positive working environment has attracted much new talent. Satisfied employees are bringing in equally talented referrals. Good work/life balance. Excellent employee housing. Fair pay. Great advancement opportunities for high performing returners. Great music festivals. This resort and the ski towns here are the real deal. Authentic, artsy, laid back, friendly. This place is a rare find. Not over commercialized, elitist or overly crowded like some others. We are also near two national parks and several other major ski areas. Jackson Hole's retail, restaraunts and night life is less than an hour away as well.
Cons
Some non revenue departments seem to be under staffed. The Resort is working on improving infrastructure and cosmetics.
