Staffing

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Work from home Decent pay

Cons

The Claim Teams, simply, do not have the proper amount of people needed to handle the claim loads. And it is clear that upper management has no intentions of remedying the situation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Claims is a critical function within our enterprise, and we continue to invest in this space through additional associates as well as holistic investments within associate development, engagement, and recognition. It’s important that our associates feel they have the appropriate tools and resources in place to be successful and that includes having the proper team support. We encourage you to speak with your manager and/or HR Business Partner if you have additional feedback or concerns.
