Amazing response to COVID-19

Pros

During this crisis, I was constantly informed as to our building status, WFH status and business operations. Grange made sure that everyone was not only safe while working but felt safe coming to work. When we transitioned to WFH it was seamless. I continue to feel that Grange values its associates and wants to keep them healthy during this crisis.

Cons

I do not have any complaints. Proud to work for such a great company.

Associate Safety is Prioritize

Pros

How a company treats associates during a crisis reveals the true culture, and during CORVID-19 Grange has prioritized associate safety. Early on we were well positioned to work from our home environments to keep associates safe and continue business operations. Our CEO and Incident Team members are communicating frequently. We have a culture of support and connection.
