Great culture, great support both inside your work group and from the company as a whole. Incredible benefits that really go above and beyond anyone else in Columbus. Great place to work.

Cons

Decisions are sometimes slow to happen, but everyone's basically aware of that. It's to be expected in this industry and of a company this size.
