Pros

Excellent work life balance. No one works past 4:30. Everyone is really nice. Beautiful new building with terrific workout facilities. Management is very flexible when it comes to time-off and unexpected circumstances.

Cons

Very resistant to change. Candor isn't really embraced. No one works past 4:30. Technical staff's talent is below industry par, and it's kind of an open secret.

The ability to take right decisions in a short span of time

Cons

Unemployment, No improvement with experience, Machines cannot think creatively or out of the box and will not perform such tasks

Great culture, caring company

Pros

The people at Grange are what makes the company a fantastic place to work. The culture isn't forced, it happens naturally because of the caring people who work there.

Cons

They haven't decided on a final approach to hybrid work yet, so there is still some uncertainty in whether they'll keep the flexible work options or ask people to go to the office on certain days.
