Grange Insurance reviews

Lack of transparency; Grange has lost about 20% of their claims force just this year and they've pushed management to leave very misleading reviews on here which are inaccurate. Job load, like most claims, is very unrealistic. You will almost always be 130% max capacity, they will at times force you to work weekends, and force you to leave the state on short notice for mandatory CAT. The 12 claims a week they tell you when you apply will not be accurate. Lack of transparency - kept in the dark, you can make suggestions that will help improve processes but they will fall on deaf ears as Grange is very traditional, there is little to no adapting and that has effected efficiency Very poor CAT leadership/guidance due to lack of leadership experience in this area
