      Highly toxic culture, environment of fear and pretentiousness. Very high turnover of people who are just numbers there to grow the company and make more revenue. Very obvious favouritism and rather toxic competition encouraged by management and directors. Really poor diversity. Directors especially at London office location are sexist bullies. Freedom of speech is highly discouraged, otherwise HR will be already drafting a case of your dismissal. If you haven’t had anxiety, you are guaranteed to get it after working for this company for a minimum period of time.
