      Pros

      I'm lucky enough to be part of a fantastic team. Leadership has really shone through the last year, listening and responding to employees. Communication has been outstanding and ensures that wherever you are based, you still feel part of close knit community.

      Cons

      Not a downside for me but if you aren't comfortable with embracing and keeping pace with fast change, you may not be entirely fulfilled.

      - People really believe in what they do - Regular acquisitions are expanding the product suite - Ambitious organisation that drives employees - Allow staff to build on their strengths - Amazing support for employees - Great team spirit

      Cons

      - Will take time for all the new products to be aligned tech-wise to make the most of the opportunities - Some of the new processes imposed upon sales are cumbersome and not required, feeling like they are more to do with monitoring and punishing than enabling and supporting
