Pros

The people are good. The company feels it's doing some good and certainly helped councils help people during the pandemic.

Cons

The industry was too dry for me, public sector. Also, it was hard as I never met the team face to face as I worked for them during the pandemic.

Pros

Granicus genuinely cares about their employees and their wellbeing and they do everything they can to improve. I like that they don't claim to be perfect but are transparent and let their employees know that they are working towards bettering themselves

Cons

I can't think of anything. It was a great place to work, great colleagues and a great manager.
