There is a Lack of Management support for. The company is buying every GovTech company possible and their is no possible way to support the amount of products they have. Support is terrible and majority of your day is email heavy problem solving where support is lacking. Sales promises clients undeliverable services that you will ultimately need to facilitate ending projects abruptly.

Every customer I’ve talked to is fed up with Granicus lack of support. More than half my time is spent on fixing internal issues or mitigating customer issues. The leadership team is embarrassing for such a strong brand recognition and amount of clients. Tech department is solid but sales support implementation are a dumpster fire.
