      WFH reimbursement and unlimited PTO was nice.

      Cons

      Layoffs are inevitable; they will replace you with cheap overseas labor. The removal of DEI policies ruined any positive culture they pretended to cultivate.

      This company is fake. Executives are there to make themselves rich. They do not care about customers or employees. They say one thing and do another. Very senior leaders do and say sexist and racist things and it is laughed off because they are old, British and "weird." Stay away.
