Cons

It is a legal requirement that if a job can be done in Colorado that it list the compensation in the listing. Granicus doesn't do that. They are breaking the law, which can cause thousands and thousand of dollars in fines for the company, because they don't care about their employees and don't want them to know that they're being underpaid. Look elsewhere, every company that doesn't list its compensation is cagey and unethical.

Cons

Toxic middle management. They say they care but then gas light you. Sales overhyped products and then they fail and then customers churn and then the blame falls on the consultant, never management though. HR only cares about management, not individual contributors Workload is insane in implementation and wealth of knowledge is NOT shared Know of 6 people who left the team after only being there for 6-9 months (were either fired or left) Made a mockery of the original UK product Terrible pay

Pros

In my experience, Granicus is a great place to work. I felt supported by my direct manager as well as the executive team. Management really does listen to its employees and if it makes sense and is feasibly possible, they work with you to implement new ideas quickly. The company recently moved to an unlimited PTO policy which gives you a lot more flexibility as an employee.

Cons

The more senior AE roles require a lot of travel. This was my only reason for leaving.
