      No opportunities for US Employees

      Benefits. FTO. Autonomy. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Granicus, which services government agencies, is ironically offshoring most individual contributors and low level manager positions. Its is not transparent about over hiring for positions, requiring senior staff to train their replacement and then laying off senior US employees as “redundancy.”
