Granicus does a tremendous job of recognizing talent and ambition, independent of past work or education background. The company hires those who demonstrate passion and energy to foster a close knit community, and makes efforts to promote from within.

Cons

Pros

Start-up feel. Generally young and friendly co-workers. Lots of interaction with top executives even as an intern. Good benefits packages for te employees. Granicus offers people the chance to take on a lot of responsibilty.

Cons

The internship program was rather disorganized. Often times I didn't have anything to work on, and was trying to figure out some way I oculd help.
