      Granite has good opportunities for learning and interesting work. Granite promotes learning both estimating and project management. Hands on company.

      Cons

      Salary is on the lower end of the construction industry with responsibilities on the higher end of the construction industry.

      Pros

      Lots of responsibility if you want it, at least on large projects, does Granite still do those? Haven't seen one in a while, and no, 50 million is not a large project

      Cons

      Reorganization of HCD/Branch was a disaster, Granite won't be building large work in the west for a while without help
