      The Granite IT is a very fun and helpful crew. They are always willing to help and are very skilled at what they do.

      Cons

      Granite likes to overpay their engineers and underpay/undervalue their IT professionals.

      Pros

      Granite does a wonderful job helping employees achieve career goals. Their in house training programs are impactful and actually enjoyable. They also value their employees and will help find other opportunities in a different division potentially if a move is necessary for personal reasons. The company does truly believe in their core values and code of ethics.

      Cons

      They are not as competitive as other contractors in terms of salary, but the benefits and overall work management is worth more than a salary boost.
